Lymphocytic gastritis

This type of gastritis is rare. It is characterised by the inﬁltration of the gastric mucosa by T cells and is probably associated with H. pylori infection. The pattern of inﬂammation resembles that seen in coeliac disease or lymphocytic colitis. -
